This website has only one purpose ... to provide an opportunity for real estate investors to submit their deals to me for consideration as a joint venture partnership.

Having me as your partner in a deal opens the complete array of my resources (financial, legal, negotiating, etc.) to help take your opportunity from possibility to reality and get you headed toward the bank to cash in.  Before you proceed any further, here are the requirements for submitting deals into our system.  I've agreed to work with our students to consider deals they may find that are too big for them to handle and I'll continue to do so.

However, for a variety of reasons, it's necessary for me to control the deals that come in to my staff. Therefore, commercial deals can only be submitted by graduates of the Commercial Property Boot Camp.

I've taken this step for several reasons. First, as I've always said, in order to complete profitable deals, we need to make sure we can speak the same language and all our time isn't spent training folks in the basics. Pre-screening deals properly requires a little education and we've proven that the best prospects are coming from the better trained students ..."the more you learn, the more you earn".  These Joint Venture deals are certainly no exception to that rule. 

Second, we're receiving hundreds of submissions each month and 90% of the worthwhile ones come from graduates anyway. The deals that are not worthwhile are a waste of both the student's time and the Project Manager's time. I'm simply not willing to allow such a waste. 

Today, I am very heavily involved with student-partner deals all over America.  In the past 30 months since I began seeking commercial deals, we have purchased multiple properties all over the country.  We acquired them by  simply applying the basic principles I learned and these are the same principles I now teach in explicit detail to the attendees at our live training events.  Take this as a strong push to get to the Commercial Property Boot Camp if you haven't already attended.

Also, be aware the minimum potential profit* in any commercial deal we work together must be at least $2M to $4M depending on property type.
